Scotian Margin

• Profiles will be made to investigate structural variations across three distinctly different margin segments: the Sable Basin, the LaHave Platform, and the southwestern volcanic margin.
• The Verrill Canyon area was investigated using high resolution OBS data (Hudson cruise 2001-028, line 2-1), searching for the presence of natural gas hydrate and its possible role in slope instability: Hydrate research page.
